Originally founded as a telephone company in 1935, Frontier Communications now offers various home services including Internet, phone, security service, and television.
Term arrangements as well as month to month service is available. Any uppaid balances after the payment due date may incur late fees at the rate of 1.5% per month. Any Early Termination Fee up to $400 may be charged if you do not fulfill your commitment for the minimum term. A $9.99 disconnection order processing fee will be applied to your account cancelling service. Your term commitment may automatically renew unless Frontier is notified of your intent to terminate at the end of your first commitment period.
Upon installation, the customer shall provide reasonable access to the premise. Failure to do so could result in no service installation or cancellation of service. If a third party installs or repairs Frontier equipment, the customer takes responsibility for all damages. Any bills paid 30 days after the date stated on the bill are subject to a 1.5% late fee. In the case of early termination, the customer is responsible for all outstanding payments and an early termination fee.
