What does the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisers (NATOA) Mean?

Established in 1980, The National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) is a US-based professional association that equips its members with knowledge surrounding numerous communications laws, regulations, proceedings, and technology advancements at both federal and local levels.
