Founded in 2003, Bright House Networks stands as the 10th largest TV provider and the 6th largest cable Internet provider in the US. Bright House Networks provides high-speed Internet, high-definition television, home security, and VoIP services to residential customers and businesses. Furthermore, Bright House Networks owns two 24-hour local news organizations in Florida in the cities of Orlando and Tampa Bay.
Bright House primarily services central Florida but they do have network capability in California, Alabama, Birmingham, Detroit, and Indianapolis. They are the sixth largest cable provider in the U.S.. Bright House also offers phone, internet and IT services. In 2016, Bright House officially became merged with Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable under the new name Spectrum.
After installation, the customer will be billed on a monthly basis. The customer must pay their Bright House Bill within 30 days of payment date or they face a 1.5% late fee. If 30 days have passed, Bright House reserves the right to terminate any services. After 90 days, the customer forfeits all rights to dispute any late payments. If a customer terminates their service early there will be a fee of up $250.
