The Fine Print

Time Warner Cable offers no contract commitments for all their Internet services. However, there is twelve month promotional pricing that once lapsed does go up to regular retail rates. TWC Internet requires a Modem, which can be purchased through them or a local retailer. If purchased through TWC you will incur a $10.00 a month lease fee however this includes any equipment upgrades. Meaning if you need a newer model or a replacement you will receive one free of extra charge. Triple Play through TWC follows suit in 12 month promotional pricing, then rising $20 for months 13-24 and finally raising to regular retail rates. There are no data caps so you won’t incur any overage fees. As well, there are no early termination fees but bypass any further fees all rented equipment must be returned to TWC at time of disconnect.
