Totally Rad

The Worse Of The Worse

xfinity has increased my bill every month now since ive had it installed, i called in to speak to someone about my bill and i swear i got hung up on twice! they are so rude and more than half of the rep’s dont even speak english which makes it really hard to ask a question i cant deal with this

No Complaints on my end!

Since moving to my home I have had Xfinity internet. I’ve never had any down times or complaints with my speeds. The best part is that I dont even have to call and talk to someone. I usually do everything from the app on my phone!

Inconsistent Pricing!

Even though the service is good, the pricing is to inconsistent! I started out paying $64 a month for 200mbps. Within the year, my bill rose to $83 a month! They cannot explain why I am paying more and refuse to lower it back to the original cost. If I had any other options I would switch! They seem to charge what they feel like it.

customer service sucks but internet is good

First off their customer service is bad,( but whose isn’t) they had a good amount choices with internet needed the bare minimum and found a plan for cheaper then competitors had.

Nope, Horrible Company

Xfinity treats there customers like garbage, evry bill is a different price and the service speeds aren’t even close to what i was told they would be, they really need to switch to fiber like their competitors. Would switch in a heartbeat if I had another option here.
